The final report of the review of the response to the Victorian floods of 2010-11 has been released.   You can download a copy from the website of the Victorian Floods Review.   I haven’t had a chance to read it yet, but will post any useful thoughts I have in due course.  In the meantime, if anyone else has insight into the report or its recommendations feel free to share them as a comment here.
