On Tuesday 21 January 2025 I had the privilege of contributing to a program on bushfire (or wildfire) litigation. The program was inspired by reports of litigation coming out of the Los Angeles fires in the United States. I was invited on to give an Australian perspective of liabilty for bushfires. You can listen to the program via this link. https://www.abc.net.au/listen/programs/lawreport/who-can-be-held-liable-or-bushfire-damage/104470638
